Tiffany is responsible for managing OSC’s day-to-day operations. The Georgia native combines business experience with an adept understanding of communication, including scientific and technical communication.
She began her career working for a woman-owned, small business where she identified and recruited associates and partners for large law firms and companies such as Home Depot, Coca-Cola, Jones Day, and Hunton and Lewis. She proactively took over marketing and business capture activities for the firm, including proposal writing. She successfully assisted with the capture of contracts with a large communications provider and a national insurance firm. In addition, her career history includes marketing, writing consulting, and technical writing and editing.
She previously held positions in marketing at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, GA, and at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in health and science communication. She received her bachelor’s degree (cum laude) from the University of Georgia, Honors Program. After studying abroad at Oxford University (Keble College), UK, she earned her master’s degree (summa cum laude) from The George Washington University (GWU). In addition to attending GWU, she taught First-Year Writing at GWU’s nationally recognized University Writing Program.

Lee started in the IT industry in 1993 working for the Palm Beach County government in Florida. Through third-party vendors, he has provided high-end IT services to multiple Fortune 1000 companies, products, and government agencies.
Lee has extensive experience in storage administration, disaster recovery solutions, security, networking, and systems administration for government agencies, including the Department of Defense, AT&T, Cingular, SAP, Time-Warner Cable, IBM, Compellent, Georgia Technology Authority, Crawford & Company, Hitachi, Bovis-LendLease, Earthlink, and EMC..
